Lia Evans is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked in multiple sports, trauma orthopaedics, neurology and intensive care, and has a in-depth understanding of how the body works.
In addition to her senior role in the NHS, Lia has been involved in several extreme athletic projects and has a particular interest in endurance sports.
Lia utilises functional analysis, exercise prescription and manual techniques to rehabilitate back to full function, so you know you are in good hands with Lia.
In 2024, Lia was part of a World Record-breaking crew that completed GB Row Challenge, considered the world's toughest rowing race. The team rowed continuously and unsupported for 49 days around the entire British coastline, covering over 2,000 miles while collecting crucial environmental data for marine research.
