HOW DO THE TIERED CLINICAL PILATES CLASSES WORK?
We have physios and pilates instructors who run our clinical pilates classes in Essendon.
Physiotherapist led sessions attract a rebate via private health insurance, as long as you have cover under your fund.
Pilates instructor led sessions aren't able to be claim a private health insurance rebate.
We've set the fee structure with this in mind.
WHICH TYPE OF PILATES CLASS SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR IN ESSENDON?

If you have an injury, or are recovering following surgery, or have a niggle that you need specific input, we'd recommend joining the physiotherapist led sessions.
